Shipping policy

All Stanley & Floyd parcels are shipped via Royal Mail.

Order Confirmation – Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Dispatch & Tracking – When your order is shipped, you’ll receive a dispatch notification along with a tracking link from our courier so you can follow your parcel right to your door. You can also amend your delivery date or choose a safe place for your parcel directly through the courier’s tracking system.
Standard delivery: 3–5 working days from dispatch.
Express shipping: We understand that sometimes you’d like your order quickly. While we can’t guarantee same-day dispatch, we do promise to have all orders on their way within two working days.

Orders can be delivered to most postal areas in the UK, including Northern Ireland
Due to carrier availability, certain locations may be subject to an additional 1–2 days' delivery time. You will be advised of this prior to your order being processed,
